ADVANCED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
RYT300 (Registered Yoga Teacher 300) is a 300-hour yoga teacher training program established by the Yoga Alliance.
This advanced course is for those who want to deepen the foundation they learned in RYT200 and take their yoga knowledge, practice, and teaching skills to the next level .
Beyond just asanas, you will learn about yoga from various angles, including Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Pranayama, Meditation, Teaching Methodology, and Adjustments, to gain a deeper understanding and improved teaching skills.
TAKE YOUR PRACTICE TO THE NEXT LEVEL
In the RYT300 program, you will deepen your yoga knowledge that you have learned so far, while simultaneously developing your own practice and your skills as a teacher.
This course comprehensively covers Ashtanga yoga, including the practice of asanas, breathing, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, teaching methods, and adjustments.
Furthermore, through the actual teaching time,

RYT300 + RPYT85
AUGMENT YOGA ACADEMY's RYT300 program also incorporates the learning required for RPYT85 (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher).
You will learn about the physical changes during pregnancy and yoga tailored to each stage of pregnancy, gaining knowledge that will allow you to cater to a wider range of students.
Furthermore, you will learn a wide range of knowledge necessary to work as a Yoga Instructor, including Kids Yoga, Ayurveda, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy & Physiology, Teaching Methodology, and Adjustments.
