PROFILE
Born in Kanazawa, Ishikawa, Japan, I have been based in Italy since 2016.
Today, I am based in Italy, where I teach online classes and run online programs, while also regularly hosting workshops in Kanazawa, Osaka, and Tokyo, Japan.
I teach in Japanese, English, and Italian, sharing Yoga and Movement practices with students not only from Japan and Italy, but also from a wide range of countries and cultural backgrounds.
MY APPROACH TO MOVEMENT
When I first began studying Yoga, I wanted to understand Yoga more deeply. This led me to study and practice in India and the United States, where I explored different aspects of the tradition.
In 2016, I met Lino Miele in Italy, and this encounter became a major turning point in both my life and my approach to Yoga. It was through this meeting that I began studying Ashtanga Yoga more seriously.
Through many years of Ashtanga Yoga Practice, I have learned that Yoga is not only about physical strength. It has taught me the importance of breath, concentration, awareness, and connecting with myself. Over time, my understanding of both my body and mind has continued to deepen.
At the same time, years of Practice have led me to an important realization:
The same intensity or the same type of movement is not right for everyone.
Every body is different. Our physical condition, age, movement experience, lifestyle, and personal goals are unique.
This is why I began exploring different forms of movement beyond Ashtanga Yoga, with the desire to understand the body from a wider perspective.
In 2020, I began studying Cardio Workout at GDM in Italy, and in the same year, I started my studies in Pilates.
I have also explored training methods such as CrossFit, learning different approaches to building strength, improving movement control, developing cardiovascular fitness, and creating greater mobility, flexibility, and balance in the body.
Today, while Ashtanga Yoga remains an important foundation of my Practice, I draw from my experience in Yoga, Pilates, Cardio, Strength Training, and other forms of Movement.
Rather than following one fixed method, I believe in looking at the individual in front of me and asking:
What does this body need?
What does this person need at this moment?
My goal is to combine the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years to provide the Practice and Workout that are appropriate for each individual's body, experience, and goals.
ONE BODY, ONE APPROACH
100 people, 100 different bodies.
There is no single answer:
“Because it’s Yoga, this is how you should move.”
“Because it’s Pilates, this is what you should do.”
“You should be able to do this pose.”
Instead, I ask:
What does your body need right now?
Together, we look at your body, your experience, and your goals, and choose the approach that is right for you.
When needed, I combine Yoga, Pilates, Cardio, Strength Training, and other forms of Movement to create a practice that supports your individual needs.
What matters is not which workout you do, but what your body actually needs.
Drawing on the knowledge and experience I have gained through many years of study and practice, I offer personalized, tailor-made sessions designed specifically for each individual.
ANYONE, ANYTIME
It is never too late to start moving.
Regardless of your age, movement experience, or flexibility, anyone can begin connecting with their body at any time.
You don't have to be good at it from the beginning.
Start with what you can do.
Take it one step at a time.
Feel the changes in your body.
And gradually discover the Practice that you need at each stage of your journey.
I didn't know where my own path would lead when I first started.
My first encounter with Yoga, my meeting with Lino Miele, and all the people I have met and the things I have learned along the way have gradually changed the direction of my life.
Sometimes, one encounter can change your life.
A new person.
A new sensation in your body.
A new movement.
A new discovery about yourself.
Each encounter can become the beginning of a new step.
That is why I want to create a space where those who are just beginning can discover something new about themselves — and perhaps find a path they never knew was possible.
MOVE BETTER.
FEEL STRONGER.
DISCOVER YOURSELF.
UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY.
FIND THE MOVEMENT YOU NEED RIGHT NOW.
And through your Practice, discover a new side of yourself.
Anyone can start here, at any time.
AN INTERNATIONAL PRACTICE
Since 2016, I have been based in Italy, working between Japan and Italy and sharing Yoga and Movement with students from around the world.
I teach in Japanese, English, and Italian.
My students come not only from Japan and Italy, but also from a wide range of countries and cultural backgrounds.
Through online classes, studio sessions in Italy, and workshops in Japan and Italy, I have had the opportunity to practice and learn together with people from many different parts of the world.
Every person has a different body, background, culture, and way of learning.
I believe in meeting each individual where they are and finding an approach that allows them to deepen their understanding of their body and their own Practice.
Connecting people through Movement, beyond language and borders.
